Professional email

Article 1: Professional Email Addresses

The professional email address offer allows the Client to obtain personalised email addresses linked to their domain name (e.g. [email protected]).

Appropriate use: The Client undertakes to use professional email addresses only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. It is prohibited to use these addresses to send spam, illegal content, or any other harmful activity.
Content responsibility: The Client is responsible for the content of all messages sent or received via their professional email addresses. They must ensure compliance with copyright and confidentiality of information.

Storage quota: The Client must comply with the storage quotas defined in their offer. In the event of exceeding the quota, HOLYCLOUD reserves the right to suspend access to email addresses until the necessary space is freed.

Suspension in the event of abuse: HOLYCLOUD reserves the right to immediately suspend access to professional email addresses in the event of abuse, such as sending spam or illegal activities, without notice and without refund.
Termination: In the event of failure to comply with the conditions set out above, the Provider reserves the right to terminate the contract relating to professional email addresses, with or without notice.

Compliance with laws: The Client undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the services provided by HOLYCLOUD. This includes, but is not limited to, laws relating to intellectual property, data protection, and electronic communications.
Provision of accurate information: The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating their account and undertakes to update it in the event of any change.
Securing access: The Client is responsible for the security of their login credentials and must take all necessary measures to prevent any unauthorised access to their services.

Hosted content: The Client is solely responsible for the content they host on their site or send via professional email addresses. They guarantee that this content does not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular with regard to copyright and image rights.
Use of resources: The Client undertakes to use the resources provided fairly and reasonably. They must ensure that they do not overload servers or disrupt the services of other customers.

Service availability: HOLYCLOUD undertakes to provide quality services and to guarantee their availability, within technical limits. However, the Provider cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions or outages due to factors beyond its control.
Limitation of liability: In the event of a dispute, the liability of HOLYCLOUD is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services concerned, excluding any indirect or intangible damage.
Retention of rights: Ensure that they hold the rights to all files and content they send or receive via their email addresses.
Legal compliance: Comply with legislation in force in France. Communications of a pornographic, racist nature, promoting terrorism, or otherwise unlawful under the law are strictly prohibited.
