Article 1: Shared Web Hosting

1.1 Description of the offer

The shared web hosting offered by HOLYCLOUD allows the Client to store and publish their websites on shared servers.

1.2 Terms of use

• Use of resources: The Client undertakes to use resources reasonably and not to exceed the established quotas. Abusive use (e.g. excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth consumption) may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the hosting.
• Prohibited content: The Client must not host illegal, violent content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties. Any unlawful content may result in immediate termination of the contract without refund.
• Suspension in the event of abuse: HOLYCLOUD reserves the right to suspend or terminate the hosting contract at any time and without notice in the event of proven abuse, in particular in the event of excessive data storage or failure to comply with the conditions mentioned above.

1.3 Technical support

Technical support is available via live chat, support ticket, and email. Requests will be processed as promptly as possible, but without guarantee of an immediate response.

1.4 Duration and termination

The hosting contract is concluded for a period of 1 month and is automatically renewed at each service renewal.

Article 2: Web Reseller

2.1 Description of the offer

The Web Reseller programme allows the Client to resell hosting services to their own customers under their own brand.

2.2 Reseller responsibilities

• Resale responsibility: The Client, as a reseller, is fully responsible for managing their customers and the services provided. The Provider shall not be liable for disputes between the reseller and their customers.
• Pricing terms: The reseller is free to set their own prices.

2.3 Technical support

Technical support is available to the reseller, who is then responsible for passing on the necessary information to their customers.

The Provider undertakes to provide effective assistance to the reseller to ensure the satisfaction of their own customers.

2.4 Duration and termination

The reseller contract is concluded for a period of 30 days and is automatically renewed.

Article 3: General provisions

These specific terms supplement the General Terms of Sale and are subject to the same rules of modification and application.

In the event of a contradiction between these specific terms and the General Terms of Sale, the specific terms shall prevail.
